DNITECH’s mission is to exceed
customer expectations by conducting consulting and training services that
contribute to the business improvement.
Due to lack of professionalism, these are some recurring problems you can
find in the Technology and communications industry:
-
Inconsistent service due to different training models
workers receive.
-
No Quality Control or lack of quality work.
-
No contact person for service request.
-
Lack of management concern for customer satisfaction.
-
Account cancellations due to poor quality of labor.
Being aware of this situation,
DNITECH has developed a business model that combines innovative solutions
and experienced personnel to meet your special needs.
These are some important facts about
DNITECH’s business model:
Experienced Personnel
Technical skills and experience are
the primary considerations we use in selecting our Technical team. We
believe that our people are the critical and distinguishing factor in our
ability to provide you with the highest quality and effective consulting
and integration methods with dependable work which come together to form a
successful business model that works.
Quality Control
Our Quality Assurance Department
will perform inspections of your workplace at your convenience. This
practice helps maintain DNITECH’s high standards and encourages feedback
from our customer in order to build a strong and durable relationship.
Also, DNITECH has devised an extensive quality-control communications
program conformed by Past Performance Reports, Inspection Reports, and
Contact Evaluations. Together, they establish a systematic and on-going
communication link between you, your facility, and network with your
DNITECH Team.
Flexible Schedules
All operations are generally
performed after business hours and on weekends to keep your business
flowing during operations. However, we can accommodate your daytime needs.
Our Managers will be directly involved to ensure the highest quality work
being performed by our staff. We will allocate those resources needed to
serve you better. Depending on your needs, we are willing and able to do
as much or as little as you request.
Communications
Phone Support: we work when you
work, so we'll be available when you need us. Data Network Integrators can
assist you with any technical matters during regular business hours.
Online and Telephone Support System (OTSS): Our team is available 24 hours
a day via our website or voicemail system which is regularly checked.
These tools ensure rapid response both in emergency situations or simply
to make a special request.
